Also, Unibiotech Formulations is the PCD division of Unimarck Group of Companies, the business model is thus so designed not to start/initiate any marketing operations on its own.

The party/person who orders directly to us for any Unibiotech Formulations product/s from your area, will be dealt with in 2 ways, 1st they will be given your contact details to buy the requirement from you directly & 2nd, you would be immediately given the contact details of the person/party who contacted us for you to contact directly.
Our supplies to your town would be restricted to only your firm for which you get a customer code right on the 1st billing.

Obviously the 1st choice certainly would be you, however, this would be dependent on the business objectives for the new division & also the then business volume of Unibiotech Formulations from your end in your area.

The monthly business clause for the 1st year of association is rs 25,000/- per month/per district/per person. On completion of rs 3 lakhs purchase(without tax) you would be entitled for a yearly gift as reward. Thereafter, 20% minimum growth over lyp (last year purchase, without tax).

The gr/lr made from Zirakpur(Unibiotech Formulations Godown) would be made as “to pay”. Also, if you add the apprx freight amount along with the amount of invoice as rtgs/neft then it would be sent as “paid”.

Yes, we have monthly & quarterly product wise incentive policy & yearly valuative reward policy like, high end electronic items(tv’s, ac’s, washing machines, microwave etc) & also international & national tours. Infact a very lucrative incentive policy.
